Piano craft introduction

The piano is made up of a variety of traditional Chinese crafts, including halo craft, cloisonne craft, beryllium copper and so on. The material is made of pure gold and copper.

Gold paint - no hooking gold

The material uses pure gold powder combined with the technique of boneless painting to render the layer and structure of the picture, and the process is complicated. The art of faint gold was developed on the basis of the deep lacquer art. It was created by the master of Fujian arts and crafts, Ms. Wu Shouduan, combined with the painting method of the boneless flower and bird painting and the traditional technique of sand enamel lacquer art. After years of research and practice, it was created. Developed into a mature and rigorous craft, its artistic effect is exquisite, delicate and elegant, and it is amazing.

Cloisonne craft

Cloisonné, also known as "copper tire 掐 silk 珐琅", has a history of more than 600 years, is one of the most national characteristics of Beijing handicrafts, it uses gold, silver and copper and a variety of natural minerals as raw materials, art, crafts , engraving, inlay, glass smelting, metallurgy and other professional integration into technology. Because it was produced in the Ming Dynasty during the Ming Dynasty in the mid-15th century, and the style of the founding was mainly blue, it was called “Kingtai Blue”.

Cloisonné is simple and elegant, exquisite and luxurious, with a distinct national style and profound cultural connotation. It is known as the national treasure "Beijing". In 2006, it was selected as the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage.

The process of cloisonne is extremely complicated:

The cloisonne is made of copper, and the first step is to use a small hammer to knock the copper out of the desired shape, and then make a pattern. The pattern is not painted like a porcelain, but the shape of the flower is made of copper wire, glued one by one, and then welded. The second part is the "dot blue" point blue. The difficulty is that the copper wire pattern stuck on the carcass has a thickness of about 1 mm. The glaze filled in is as thick as the copper wire, but the glaze is burnt into the fire. It will be thinner, so fill it in after burning, then burn it, and repeat it three or four times. After the blue color, soak in sulfuric acid for a day, and then polish it. Since the carcass is shaped, it is necessary to manually use different types of polishing stones, polish it a little bit until the wire is completely bright, and the last step is gold plating.

Copper engraving process

The copper engraving process is a traditional handicraft technique that has been circulating very early in China. Originated from Xia Shang, it flourished in Datang and has a history of nearly 3,000 years. The copper engraving process not only requires the artists to have a high artistic talent and a superb skill level, but also needs to be harmonious with the heart, hands and strength. The copper engraving process is very complicated. It is the soft and extended texture property of the copper plate under the direct manual operation, and according to the design of the decorative requirements, it is selected from plane engraving, engraving or engraving, or it can be embossed and the pattern is embossed. Colorful artistic effects.

"Dream Butterfly" piano concept

The "Dream Butterfly" series of pianos are all around the traditional Chinese culture from concept to creativity. His inspiration comes from the allusion of Zhuang Zhou Mengdie.

In the 100 families of the pre-Qin dynasties, Zhuangzi proposed "virtual silence" and "sit and forget". However, in the spiritual field, Zhuangzi is almost always in the spirit of "getaway".

The beauty of music is like a dream. The person who is in the music is like a butterfly in a dream. The sound of the sound of the heavens can only be understood by those who are in it. In the dream, Zhuangzi forgets the existence of his own flesh and is integrated with the butterfly.

The word "Happy" is not the first creation of Zhuangzi. The word "The Book of Songs" already has this word. Haruka is the meaning of leisure and contentment. Zhuangzi's "free travel" is a kind of spiritual and spiritual freedom. It depicts an unfettered and free-spirited state of mind. It pursues an infinitely open spiritual freedom; it is also an important classic source of fame. It is very difficult to achieve "free travel", and this is the end of life and the highest realm.

The piano design is divided into creative design stage, effect picture stage, construction stage and assembly stage, and each stage is repeatedly modified.

Backplane design

The design of the piano backboard is extremely bold, breaking the top flip shape of the original piano, with butterfly wings as the overall shape.

Pillow design

The double side pillow of the piano is a cloisonné butterfly shape. In the process of designing this model, the designer incorporated his own understanding of the Chinese tradition and reshaped the butterfly. The overall color matching refers to the cloisonné color produced during the Ming Dynasty. The whole design not only reflects the gorgeous and delicate side of the cloisonne, but also the oriental charm.

Music stand design

In the middle of the music stand, the image of “Zhuang Zhou Dream Butterfly” is designed. This is the only design in the piano with the image of Zhuangzi. Zhuangzi was lying under the pines. When the piano music was put up and played on the music sheet, it was the moment when Zhuang Zhou’s dream started. As the music came out of the piano, it was like the back of the butterfly wing with music. Ascend.

The decoration of the edge of the music stand is inspired by the ancient song "Shuhe Shuangqing". This song describes the playfulness between the dragonfly and the crane in the forest. It is a leisurely and artistic conception. The music is smooth and beautiful, cheerful and bright, showing the joy of the forest and the beauty of nature. , peaceful coexistence. The wild cranes in the mountains, the freedom of heaven and earth, the harmony of all things, the joy of coming to them. Going to worry, the song of the mountains and the love of the mountains, the joy of heaven and earth, forgetting about Lin Quan, and having fun in the mountains.

"Hey, crane" represents a gentleman in Chinese culture. In the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, when Zhuge Liang came out of the mountain, Zhuge Liang played the guqin while playing and sang the song "Breeze, the moon is in the arms, and the crane is listening to me."

Leg design

In order to reflect the soft shape of the butterfly, the legs are designed as curves.

The metal carvings at the corners of the legs are inspired by the "茧" and "flower buds". The cascading valgus shape symbolizes that "the butterfly breaks out" and also symbolizes that "the flower bud is about to bloom."
